Good SaaS, it is.
Good SaaS
To me, a good SaaS:
- can be 100% automated -> hands off
- does not rely on user retention -> easier to grow
- does not rely on 3rd party tools/APIs (or at least, critical parts don’t) -> healthy biz
- it solves my own problem -> better product
- difficult to live without -> low user churn
